So for the past 5 months, we have been receiving the fitness magazine (To be technical it comes in my Mom's name, but I consider it mine) Now I LOVE it whole-heartedly although we have a good laugh everytime because we have no idea why we keep getting them. I've been on this kick lately to get fit and all healthy (must be the season) ...just getting done with a long winter and thinking about the runs I have coming up this summer and of course swim suit season... I'm sick of feeling tired, unhealthy, unfit, etc... Today at work I re-read all the magazines that we received and I am determined to change myself! I even had enough down time at work to go on the website (which is my new fav!!!) and searched some good receipes and good workouts and I had a "a HA" moment. So I've been super tired lately, I blame it to lack of sleep and not eating the best....well while surfing the website I came across some tips on how what you eat can help you sleep at night or cause you to lay awake at night! I must admit I was so intrigued....studies show that if you eat healthy you sleep better at night...now I don't doubt this, but I am going to try it and see what happens.
Now let's be real, this is me and I will more than likely stumble quite a bit (let's face it I love my sweets) I guess this is more to start working out regularly and hopefully feeling better about myself, but I do want to try to eat a little better..... it should be interesting and see how this goes.

Oh I'm so excited for the Bellin Run this year...to be honest I probably wouldn't enjoy it as much if I didn't have my awesome sisters there by my side (Except Jas who will again be in Utah at the time of the race) June 2011!!!
Packer 5K to kick off the Packers training season...July 2011!!!! (didn't have the new ad up yet for this year)
Hopefully there will be more and I'm so excited!!! I may not enjoy running yet, but I sure do love the feeling I get before and after the runs!!
