Pirate Night!!!

So Saturday night it was my friends, Crystal and Sarah's birthday and of course we have to have a theme party. Pirates all the way! It was a fun fun night. Treasure Hunt and all (My team lost though) Dressing up made the party twice as fun. Here is a picture of all of us girls! Don't we look just the cutest? hehe

Camping!!!

This friday a bunch of us friends went camping to place called Blackberry Patch, in the middle of nowhere pretty close to the mountains and it was really fun! Got kind of cold at night, but we managed! It was a fun time with everyone and we will probabbly do it again in the future! I didn't get a lot of pictures, but I did this one. It's of Me, Lyndee, and Emily! You can see how bundled up we are and we snuggled pretty close, we stayed warm throughout the night, but we could not move whatsoever! It was fun though!

Movie Night Dance at the institute

So our last dance at the institute you were supposed to dress us as your favorite movie character and us girls wanted to have fun as girls always do so naturally we went as "Girls Just Wanna Have Fun" total 80's...my friend mollie is the girl off The Sandlot and my friend Jenny is Tinker Bell...It was a pretty fun night! Dressing up made the dance even more fun!

Spring Break '08

This year a bunch of us went to California for Spring Break and I must say that it was the best trip! We went to the beach, 6 flags, Knotts Berry Farm, the zoo and it was all amazing!!! It was the best way to get away from a stressful semester at school. This picture is a group shot of all of us that went at a lookout by Laguna Beach!

I want to be a kid again!

Growing up all I thought of was college life and being older and how fun it would be...not being told what to do and being able to go out and have fun but now that I'm here, I want to be a kid again! I realized that I really took the time of being a kid and not having to worry about anything too big for granted. I was talking to my Mom awhile ago and I said to her that I didn't like being an adult..it's too hard! She just laughed at me. Don't get me wrong...I love being where I am. I love the college life and the people that I have met, but I do miss being home and having Mom there to help me! It sure is a learning experience though and I am learning a lot, sometimes the hard way with somethings, but I am learning!
